Shipping Policy

1. Introduction
This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping procedures, responsibilities, payment requirements, and logistics terms applicable to all orders placed with VALMOB Innovations Co., Ltd.
By placing an order with VALMOB, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
2. Shipping Arrangements
To ensure proper documentation, export compliance, customs clearance support, quality control, and shipment coordination, VALMOB reserves the right to select and appoint the freight forwarder, shipping line, logistics provider, and related service providers for all shipments.
Customers may not appoint, replace, or change shipping providers without prior written approval from VALMOB.
3. Freight Quotation Procedure
To ensure competitive pricing and professional logistics management, VALMOB may obtain freight quotations from multiple approved logistics providers.
Where applicable, VALMOB may request quotations from up to three (3) qualified freight forwarders or logistics companies and select the most suitable option based on:
Freight cost
Service quality
Transit time
Documentation requirements
Shipping schedule reliability
Port availability
The final shipping arrangement shall be determined solely by VALMOB.
4. Shipping Costs
All shipping charges, freight costs, customs duties, taxes, destination charges, inspection fees, port fees, and local delivery costs shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the customer has concerns regarding freight costs, such concerns must be raised with VALMOB prior to shipment confirmation.
5. Documentation Requirements
VALMOB may require the use of approved freight forwarders and shipping companies to ensure proper preparation and issuance of shipping documentation, including:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading
Certificate of Origin
Inspection Certificates
Export Documentation
Other required shipping documents
Failure to comply with VALMOB shipping procedures may result in shipment delays, additional costs, or refusal of shipment.
6. Full Payment Requirement Prior to Shipment
All outstanding balances must be received and cleared in VALMOB’s designated bank account before shipment can be arranged.
As a standard policy, VALMOB must receive full payment at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled shipment date.
During peak production periods, holiday seasons, container shortages, high-demand periods, or other busy operational periods, VALMOB reserves the right to require full payment ten (10) to fifteen (15) calendar days before the planned shipment date.
No products, containers, goods, shipping documents, export documents, or shipments shall be released, dispatched, loaded, transferred, or handed over to any freight forwarder, shipping company, carrier, or logistics provider until full payment has been received and confirmed by VALMOB.
Any delay in payment may result in:
Shipment delays
Storage charges
Revised freight costs
Additional handling charges
Rescheduling fees
Cancellation of shipment arrangements
VALMOB shall not be liable for any losses, project delays, freight increases, storage costs, penalties, or business interruptions resulting from the customer’s failure to complete payment within the required timeframe.
7. Production and Shipment Readiness
Estimated production and shipping schedules are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Production and shipment timing may be affected by:
Material availability
Factory schedules
Public holidays
Government regulations
Logistics disruptions
Force majeure events
8. Customer Collection Deadline
Once VALMOB notifies the customer that goods are ready for shipment, the customer must arrange final payment and shipment within thirty (30) calendar days.
Failure to do so may result in storage fees, additional charges, shipment suspension, order cancellation, and other remedies described in VALMOB’s Terms & Conditions.
9. Storage Charges and Delayed Shipment
If shipment is delayed due to the customer’s actions, instructions, payment delays, failure to provide documentation, refusal to collect goods, or failure to arrange shipment within thirty (30) calendar days after notification of readiness, VALMOB reserves the right to apply the following charges:
Warehouse Storage Fee: USD 50 per CBM per month.
Electricity and Facility Maintenance Fee: USD 10 per CBM per month.
Additional handling, administration, logistics, storage, and related charges as incurred, up to a maximum of USD 500 per day.
VALMOB further reserves the right to:
Request immediate payment of all outstanding balances.
Suspend shipment until all charges are paid.
Recalculate pricing, freight costs, and related charges based on current market conditions.
Refuse shipment until all obligations have been fulfilled.
Cancel the order due to prolonged delay.
Retain all deposits and payments already received.
Resell or otherwise dispose of the goods where permitted by applicable law.
10. Risk During Transportation
Risk of loss or damage transfers according to the agreed commercial terms (Incoterms) specified in the sales documentation.
VALMOB shall not be responsible for:
Shipping delays
Port congestion
Customs delays
Freight carrier issues
Transportation damage after transfer of risk
Force majeure events
11. Inspection Upon Arrival
Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon arrival.
Any claims relating to:
Shipping damage
Missing items
Visible defects
Packaging issues
Quantity discrepancies
must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery together with supporting photographs and documentation.
Claims submitted after this inspection period may not be accepted.
12. Delivery Delays
Shipping schedules are estimates only.
VALMOB shall not be liable for delays caused by:
Shipping lines
Freight forwarders
Ports
Customs authorities
Government agencies
Weather conditions
Transportation disruptions
Force majeure events
13. Force Majeure
VALMOB shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
War
Terrorism
Labor disputes
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Transportation interruptions
Port closures
Power shortages
Supply chain disruptions
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VALMOB shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Project delays
Storage costs
Additional freight charges
Business interruptions
VALMOB’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected products.
